E-Declaration
E-declaration means remote customs clearance of goods in the course of which it is possible to determine the customs applicant's and customs officer's location at any distance. They interact on the Internet. It is interesting to know but, in this case, a customs applicant can register goods at several customs posts at the same time.
The main advantage of e-declaration is to facilitate a number of procedures of customs clearance and control, saving time at the same time.

How Does it Occurs?
Our employee (customer's representative), a foreign trade operator, who deals with declaration, signs e-documents with pressing the correspondent keys. Then they are immediately sent to any Russian customs post.
This is how it looks like step-by-step:
- A consigner gives our employee (broker) documents for a definite lot. Our expert who is responsible for e-declaration completes the customs declaration,then he puts a digital signature on it and sends the document to the customs post.
- After receiving these documents, the customs officer checks the information and defines measures of extra control. If necessary, the officer can request missing documents from the representative, then he affixes his signature and sends back the declaration. Goods is delivered to the said post and examined there, and the information which was obtained earlier is checked. After that, the procedure can be considered complete. Goods circulates free.
